This week, Millennium Hotel Doha held its fifth annual staff party, in appreciation of the hard work of all employees at the hotel which helped to achieve outstanding 2011 results.
At the gathering, hotel management gave out three ‘Employee of the Year’ awards for Front of House, Back of House and Supervisor of the Year, to recognise particular employees’ commitment to their work. Long service awards were also given to colleagues who have worked with Millennium Hotel Doha for all of its five years of operation, in recognition of their loyalty.
The gathering had a fantastic celebratory atmosphere; employees participated in different games and competitions to win valuable prizes, and then danced the night away.
At the annual gathering, Giorgio Lanfranchi, General Manager of Millennium Hotel Doha thanked employees for all their work:
“Throughout my time at Millennium Hotel Doha, I have had the pleasure of working with such devoted family members, who care about the work and reputation of the hotel. I am grateful for their hard work, as without them we would not have been standing here tonight celebrating the fifth annual gathering!”
