Regal Hotels International is pleased to announce the signing of a new 5-star hotel project with Furao Group in Yantai of Shandong province, China. The new Regal Furao Hotel, Yantai is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2015.
Occupying a gross floor area of 36,000 sq.m, Regal Furao Hotel, Yantai will feature 300 well-appointed guestrooms. The hotel will be an integral part of the Furao Times Square, a multi-complex comprising the hotel, a commercial and financial centre, a shopping arcade and residential apartments.
Lies in the east of the Shandong Peninsula, Yantai is amongst the 14 approved coastal cities to be developed in China and is one of the most robust cities in Shandong.
The new Regal hotel will be located at the heart of the Yantai Economic and Technological Development Area along the main street of Changjiang Road, offering an excellent location for business and leisure travellers.
Furao Group is a private enterprise established in 1998 specializing in property development and eco-friendly building material supplies.
