Absolute Hotel Services Group’s CEO Jonathan Wigley has the pleasure to announce the latest portfolio expansion with U Sukhumvit Bangkok which targets to open by early 2014.
U Sukhumvit enjoys a prime location in the heart of Bangkok’s business and dining area in Sukhumvit Soi 15. The overall interior and architecture design concept will be created with a modern living lifestyle in mind with unique touches from all the regions of Thailand. All 94 rooms ranging from 30 – 40 sqm and other facilities will be luxuriously appointed with the comfort of U brand’s unique concept of service. Facilities include a themed all day dining restaurant, rooftop swimming pool, fitness center, library/business center and free wi-fi.
Denmark based Evaristti Studios has been appointed as the interior designer for the project. Marco Evaristti is owner and founder of the company and for more than 20 years Marco has himself become world renown for his career as a professional artist. He is known for creating installations using a unique choice of materials often taken directly from nature, heightening the experience of the viewer, making the work more 'real' in a sense.
“We are very excited to work with the owners and Marco Evaristti in developing an authentic and original property in a tremendous location offering different visual and service experiences in the dynamic Sukhumvit area. With this being our second U property in Bangkok we are delighted with the Thailand expansion of the brand which now includes Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Kanchanaburi with properties shortly to be announced in Hua Hin and Pattaya” Said Jonathan Wigley, CEO of Absolute Hotel Services Group.
