Regina Hotel Baglioni in Rome has been chosen as new partner of The Leading Hotels of the World, the largest luxury hospitality organization in the world.
The Regina Hotel Baglioni, part of Baglioni Hotels Collection, is set in prestigious Via Veneto, within walking distance of major points of interests, such as the Borghese Gardens and Borghese Museum as well as the Spanish Steps and Via Condotti with its famous shops and cafés.
A meeting place beloved of the international jet-set, it has a magnificent selection of rooms and suites in original Art Deco style. The hotel was once the home of Queen Margherita of Savoy while she awaited the completion of her residence, “Villa Margherita", which presently houses the American Embassy. In recognition of the excellent service and kindness she was shown, in 1911, the hotel’s owner was granted permission to add “Regina” to the hotel name.
In 2013 there will be important renovations involving above all the 8th and top floor of the Hotel which will be converted in a Penthouse Suite with the best and full 360 degrees panorama overlooking the Eternal City, from Vatican to Pantheon to Colosseum.
