DoubleTree by Hilton( http://www.doubletree.com ) today announced the opening of DoubleTree by Hilton Wuhu( http://doubletree3.hilton.com/en/hotels/china/doubletree-by-hilton-hotel-wuhu-NKGWUDI/index.html ) in China's Anhui province. Strategically located in the central business district, the 26-story hotel features 442 contemporary guestrooms, including 23 suites, five uniquely-styled restaurants, the city's largest ballroom at 1,000 square meters and nine multi-functional meeting rooms. The hotel is operated by Hilton Worldwide( http://www.hiltonworldwide.com ) and owned by Wuhu Shimao New Century Property Co., Ltd.

Situated just four kilometers from the Wuhu railway and bus stations, and 120 kilometers from Nanjing Lukou International Airport, DoubleTree by Hilton Wuhu is ideally-suited for travelers who wish to enjoy fantastic shopping, dining and entertainment all within walking distance of the hotel. Guests will also enjoy easy access to popular attractions, including the nearby Fantawild Adventure Amusement Park.

DoubleTree by Hilton Wuhu features 1,600 square meters of meeting space fully-equipped to handle the most elaborate of conventions, corporate meetings and banquet events. The hotel also boasts a spacious 1,000-square-meter ballroom, which is divisible into two sections, can flexibly accommodate up to 1,100 guests and is complemented by nine multi-function rooms equipped with ceiling-mounted projectors and screens, internet access and an adjacent 24-hour business center offering full secretarial services.

DoubleTree by Hilton Wuhu boasts five tantalizing food and beverage outlets. Guests can enjoy light bites and drinks at OPEN Bar, indulge in a wholesome meal at the OPEN Bistro or relax with a coffee at the friendly OPEN Barista. At China Harvest, diners will experience an authentic taste of China, including famous local cuisines such as Anhui, Huaiyang, Sichuan and Cantonese. The contemporary yet simply decorated Mian Jiao Noodle Bar features a variety of tasty Chinese and Asian soups, fried noodles plus a selection of delicious steamed or pan-fried dumplings.
