A-1 International (Vietnam) Corporation Limited has appointed AHS to manage their hotel currently operating at 253 Nguyen Van Troi Street which will be rebranded as Eastin Grand Hotel Saigon on April 1, 2015 with various additional re-branding works ongoing over the next 6 months.

Eastin Grand Hotel Saigon becomes the third operational Vietnamese property, with another 8 properties under development in the country, in the AHS portfolio and the second flagship Eastin Grand Hotel after its sister hotel Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn Bangkok. Consisting of 268 well-appointed deluxe rooms with a number of local and international dining options, large conference and meeting facilites, executive lounge, pool and gym, the hotel will offer discerning guests a true Eastin Grand experience consisting of the brand motto of “Value For All Occasions” combined with outstanding levels of service and facilities.
