Mr. Hörner will be focusing his attention on the profile of the "Sales Manager 2020". Such a person needs to demonstrate expertise in all customer-related processes such as sales, e-commerce and social media. He or she also requires basic legal knowledge in order to be able to negotiate with global clients in a competent and successful manner. Cost of sales and profitability are important topics within the branch.
The aim is to use conferences, training courses and webinars to prepare sales teams for the challenges of today and tomorrow.
