The upgraded properties have been specially designed for couples, as each villa includes an attached private pool to provide an extra dimension of luxury to an already-enchanting experience. In addition, two of Banyan Tree Phuket’s most elegant restaurants, Saffron and The Watercourt, have also been redesigned and re-opened with fabulous dining overlooking the lagoon. Both will be overseen by the El Bulli-trained Executive Chef Alfonso de la Dehesa, whose illustrious career has included work in two 3-star Michelin restaurants.

This special offer starts at THB 15,900 nett for stays in December 2015 and THB 16,900 nett for stays in January 2016 in a newly relaunched Banyan Pool Villa. A re-launch celebration event was held on November 27. A total of 120 VIP guests including government officials and Banyan Tree partners were welcomed by Banyan Tree’s team and General Manager, Mr. Sriram Kailasam. Employees and guests were treated to a fantastic display of music and dance, and some lucky guests received complimentary massages from the Spa team. The Watercourt restaurant hosted a standing reception, featuring food, live jazz, and an energetic DJ. The evening came to an end with an impressive display of fireworks and a light show.
