- First Course - butternut squash salad, Champagne vinaigrette, fromage frais, pear butter; or, crab brioche, maple aioli, cranberry and almond purée
- Entree - wagyu "Steak Oscar" with lobster béarnaise and bone marrow potatoes; or, ahi tuna with green goddess, lobster sausage and chorizo spices; or, dry-aged duck breast with brown butter parsnips, duck leg sausage and preserved cherry
