Hop on a private 40ft yacht hosted by Chef Jean-Georges himself.

You will be joined by a local fisherman providing the best knowledge on the surrounding Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean … to get a chance to catch Mahi-mahi, Wahoo or even Tuna if you are lucky.

Chilled champagne, refreshments and healthy snacks directly from the five star hotel’s kitchen will be provided on boat on this half day or full day excursion.

Get familiar with fishing techniques, discover the island from the sea, navigate on the turquoise waters and enjoy this exclusive experience with your friends or family in company of Chef Jean-Georges.

Guests will board directly in front of the legendary rock if sea allows it or in Gustavia harbor minutes away from the property.
