Nestled on the serene and sunny Renon plateau at 1200m above sea level and close to Bolzano, ADLER Lodge RITTEN with its 42 suites and chalets majestically overlooks the valley.
Surrounded by wide meadows bathed with sunshine, the views stretch to the edge of the Dolomites. In this magical setting in the hearth of South Tyrol, tradition is authentically respected and nature is considered as a precious ally.
In the forest or in the heart of the main lodge, wellness resonated from the forest and medicinal herbs: both indoor and outdoor panoramic swimming pool and relaxation room, treatment cabins, steam room; the SPA sheltered by trees, includes a Finnish sauna, an aromatic bio-sauna and a daily ventilated relaxation area with aromatic scents.
The treatment cosmetics are from the ADLER Spa collection. Selective active ingredients, combined with cosmetic science and the unique properties of the exceptionally light spring waters of the Dolomites, the mineral-rich thermal water of Bagno Vignoni and the potassium and magnesium-rich Sicilian Sea, penetrate deep into the skin, producing immediately visible and surprisingly long-lasting effects.
ADLER Lodge RITTEN offers its guests a diversified outdoor programme, which is updated weekly.
Thanks to the region's particularly mild climate throughout the year, guests have a wide range of outdoor activities to choose from for all seasons: yoga, delightful foot excursions, bike or e-bike tracks, exploration of the flora and fauna, meditation in the woods and, in winter, days on the ski slopes of the Renon region, or on snowshoes and sledges.
The Lodge offers an all-inclusive package which includes all meals and a wide selection of drinks and wines throughout the day: start the morning with a rich and varied buffet breakfast of local specialities and homemade delicacies; from 1 to 5 p.m. a generous afternoon buffet is held with snacks and light dishes to be enjoyed on the sunny terrace; in addition to sweets, fruit and savoury snacks, it is possible to choose from 3 different daily chefs creations.
The open kitchen concept allows guest to witness spectacular gourmet dishes preparation, served "under the stars". A 5-course menu that changes daily or a farm-to-table menu is offered to guests.
Just a few steps from the main building there is also a garden of about 4,000 sqm where small fields and herb gardens are cultivated. Summer wheat, potatoes, various types of vegetables, berries and spicy herbs - everything is grown in the traditional way. Fresh and nearby! Adler also has its own bees, which offer us their delicious honey.
