This enchanting hotel inspired by the mountain resort is set to open its doors by the end of this year and marks a significant milestone for Accor’s expansion in the Balkans.
The partnership with CG Resort represents a strategic opportunity to consolidate Accor’s presence in the premium segment in Kolašin, Montenegro.
It allows the group to continue its development of flagship properties in Southeast Europe while strengthening its collaboration with a renowned local investor from the region. CG Resort’s expertise positions them as an ideal partner for Accor’s ambitious expansion plans.

The luxurious 5-star hotel Pullman Kolašin Breza boasts 144 rooms and 17 apartments, each featuring a private balcony for morning mountain views, mid-afternoon sunbathing, and evening stargazing.
The resort’s design draws inspiration from Montenegro’s majestic mountainous landscape, harmoniously blending modern elements with rustic charm.
Guests will surely appreciate the striking façades of the hotel, mirroring the surrounding peaks, and its high-quality furnishings.
The property showcases outstanding facilities such as two restaurants with a terrace, a lobby bar, a spa and wellness area, an indoor swimming pool, meeting rooms, kids and teen club, a ski room, and an underground car park.
Pullman Kolašin Breza will be operated by Alpha Hotel Management, an experienced local hospitality manager involved in many notable projects, including a future Swissôtel mountain resort in Kopaonik, Serbia.

Situated in Kolašin, the country’s major ski and mountain resort, the hotel is nestled between the enchanting Bjelasica and Sinjajevina mountain ranges and sits alongside the picturesque Tara River.
It overlooks a sloping terrain encircled by woodlands dominated by birch trees, after which the property takes its name.
