Selwan’s journey in the hospitality sector has been marked by continuous growth and accomplishments across diverse continents and cultures.
Prior to joining InterContinental Dominica Cabrits Resort & Spa, she held senior operational and commercial positions in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, showcasing her adaptability and strategic acumen.
In her most recent role as General Manager, Selwan played a pivotal role in facilitating the brand transition from Kempinski to IHG, demonstrating her leadership skills and dedication to quality. She firmly believes in leading with empathy, kindness, and inclusivity, creating an environment that fosters motivation, innovation, and collaboration among team members.
