Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. today announced the appointment of Jack H. Zimmerman as General Manager for the Crowne Plaza Williamsburg, VA. The 303 guest room hotel, which includes 17,505 square feet of conference space, was recently renovated and enjoys a resort-type location and amenities. It is situated only one-half mile from Colonial Williamsburg.
Mr. Zimmerman brings more than 25 years of hospitality industry management experience to his new position with Crestline. He joins the company from City Hotels USA in Rockville, MD, where he was Director of Asset Management. He has also held numerous management positions during his long tenure with both MEI Hotels Inc. and Carnival Hotels & Casinos.
“Jack is an accomplished hospitality industry professional and we welcome his expertise and leadership to the Crowne Plaza Williamsburg,” said Dave Durbin President & CEO of Crestline Hotels & Resorts. “We know that his dedication to excellence in customer service and operations will help assure the success of this well situated hotel,” added Durbin.
Mr. Zimmerman holds an Associates Degree in Applied Science and Business Management from Niagara Community College in New York.
