Jumeirah Branded Restaurants signs a license agreement with Dish Hospitality Private Limited that will see Noodle House expand into India with 35 restaurants

Jumeirah Branded Restaurants, part of Jumeirah Group, the dynamic and fast growing Dubai based luxury hospitality management group and member of Dubai Holding, has signed a license agreement with Dish Hospitality Private Limited that will see 35 Noodle House restaurants opening in India with scheduled openings in Bangalore and Bombay by the end of this year.

Steven Grey, General Manager of Jumeirah Branded Restaurants said: “The Noodle House brand is as distinctive as it is outstanding, inspired by the crowded streets of South East Asian cities such as Hong Kong, Shanghai, Bangkok and Jakarta. Its vibrant atmosphere and wholesome fresh food has made the Noodle House one of Dubai’s most popular places to meet and eat”.

He added: “The continued development of Noodle House is a high priority for Jumeirah Branded Restaurants and this strategic license agreement with Dish Hospitality Private Limited reflects another significant step forward in the expansion of the division”.

Dheeraj Wadhawan, Director, Dish Hospitality said: “We already have a license agreement to open 35 Noodle House outlets across India and our first restaurant will be ready by the end of year 2007 We are convinced that Noodle House is going to satisfy the taste for authentic South East Asian Cuisine and also that it would generate tremendous interest in our consumers.

Adds Raman Macker, Director, Dish Hospitality: “The Noodle House brand perfectly complements the palpitating energy of the cities of India. We strive to provide an all encompassing experience to our patrons, with equal attention given to food and interiors and also emphasis on minute details like the styling of the staff”.
