VOCO, IHG'S FASTEST GROWING PREMIUM BRAND, IS EXPANDING IN BANGKOK (Thaïlande)

350-key voco Bangkok Siam will open in 2029 as brand's growth accelerates.

Stunning new-build hotel will be located at heart of city's trendiest areaIHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG), one of the world's leading hotel companies, is proud to announce the signing of voco Bangkok Siam with SCX Corporation Company Limited, a subsidiary of SC Asset Public Company Limited, one of Thailand's leading real estate developer.

Opening in 2029, this outstanding 350-key, new-build property will be situated on Phayathai Road in central Bangkok, opposite Siam Discovery Shopping Center, and within walking distance of Siam Paragon Shopping Center, Siam Square, MBK Center and the BTS Siam station.

The 28-floor high voco Bangkok Siam will stand out from the crowd on the city skyline, providing guests with memorable stays aligned to the consistently thoughtful and distinctive experiences of IHG's fastest growing premium brand.

The hotel will join voco hotels' rapidly expanding global portfolio of 107* open hotels across 25 countries and 102* pipeline properties, where guests can enjoy its signature ‘come on in' warm welcome of a swift and simple check-in, a locally inspired treat to mark the start of their stay, and some well-deserved “me time” in its comfortable guest rooms.

Located in central Bangkok, voco Bangkok Siam's facilities will include a restaurant and bar, gym, rooftop pool with views of Bangkok's skyline, and meeting room facilities. It offers easy access to some of the world's best retail malls, restaurants, bars, events and live entertainment.

Launched in 2018, IHG's voco brand is expanding at a rapid pace, having recently hit a significant milestone of 100 open hotels within just seven years.

IHG is committed to growing voco in South East Asia and around the world, and recently opened the first global voco resort in Quang Binh, Vietnam and in Bandung Indonesia. The brand's debut in Thailand with voco Bangkok Surawong, and properties in destinations such as Nha Trang, Vietnam, are set to follow this year.
