Now available at 10 true-to-place properties from California to the United Kingdom, the program offers curated itineraries, on-site Family Travel Experts, and immersive experiences tailored to every kind of gathering. Whether celebrating milestones or simply reconnecting, families can now explore even more destinations together with intention and ease.
A Concierge-Like Approach to Multigenerational Travel
To ease the planning of multigenerational trips, each “Roots to Reunion” resort offers a dedicated Family Travel Expert to work one on one with families on curating the perfect itinerary that caters to different ages and interests.
Select hotels that are part of the program also offer Reunion Ready Kits to help amplify family time with items like snowball makers at The Lodge at Spruce Peak, pickleball essentials at Hana-Maui Resort or S'mores ingredients at The Seabird Resort.

Destination-First Stays Where Memories Become More Important Than Bedtimes
Tailored around the distinct identities of each destination, the program is inspired by the belief that intentional time spent together is crucial to our wellbeing. “Roots to Reunion” gives families the opportunity to leave the day-to-day distractions behind and embrace the moment through immersive experiences in 10 spectacular destinations globally.
New hotels joining the program offering more destination options for multigenerational families include:
- Cheyenne Mountain Resort (Colorado Springs, Colorado): Families can paddleboard on a private lake, explore Garden of the Gods and gather for s'mores under the stars. This Rocky Mountain retreat offers spacious suites and connecting rooms ideal for larger groups.
- Hotel X Toronto (Canada): Skyline views paired with multi-room suites, a rooftop pool, sport simulator, a 3,000 sq. ft. play center and private screening room. In-room robes and slippers for all sizes, gourmet treats, a take-home keepsake and on-site strollers for lakeside walks makes stays smooth for guests of every age.
- The Carolina Inn (Chapel Hill, North Carolina): Residential-style rooms and Southern hospitality set the stage for memorable family moments like pig roasts, outdoor movies and afternoon tea. Families can explore the UNC Basketball Museum, visit local farms or wind down on the hotel's front porch.
- The Seabird Resort (Oceanside, California): With oceanfront firepits, a beach concierge and bikeable access to whale watching, along with local attractions like Top Gun House just around the corner, this coastal stay makes reconnecting easy. - Suncadia Resort (Cle Elum, Washington): Surrounded by 6,400 acres of forest, this Pacific Northwest getaway offers biking trails, golf, nature outings and seasonal family programming.
- The Lodge at Spruce Peak & Residences (Stowe, Vermont): Set at the base of Vermont's highest peak, families can ski, hike, golf or enjoy curated group outings and farm-to-table dining year-round.
- Wild Dunes Resort & Residences (Charleston, South Carolina): This coastal haven features beach adventures, family-friendly dining and plenty of space to relax and explore together.
