Marriott International, Inc. According to LATINA Style, this annual evaluation sets the standard for Corporate America’s sensitivity to Latinas’ needs and goals in the workplace and identifies corporations that are providing the best career opportunities for Latinas in the U.S. More than 800 of the most prominent corporations in the U.S. were included in the extensive search. David Rodriguez, executive vice president of global human resources for Marriott International said, “Our commitment to diversity in the workplace continues to be stronger than ever. At Marriott, we recognize and leverage the unique talents and strengths of employees who come from different backgrounds and perspectives. We continue to reach out to Hispanic communities and open doors for Latinas at all levels.”

As part of Marriott’s commitment to diversity and women’s leadership, the company regularly conducts women’s leadership conferences, offers tuition reimbursement and provides alternative work arrangements and a national directory for discounted childcare.
