Four Seasons Casablanca is looking for a Guest Relation Assistant Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything he / she does.

BASIC PURPOSE:
Seek out opportunities for guest-centric experiences in all the hotel and assists hotel outlets in putting processes in place to ensure that these opportunities are executed by all employees.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
 
  1. Seeks out opportunities for guest-centric experiences in all outlets of the hotel
  2. Measures results (challenges, successes, etc.) and communicates on a weekly basis to the  team
  3. Oversee and implement Hotel Guest Experience initiatives and ideas.
  4. Experience Assistant:
    1. Identify all experience assistant guests
    2. Look for new/innovative ways to provide anticipatory service
    3. Coordinate among all departments for seamless execution of service
    4. Coordinate correspondence with guests pre and post stay
    5. Communicate successes to the Hotel in an effort to keep intensity and focus high
  5. Work with Front Office teams on a Global Level to learn from each others successes and failures to develop a consistent product company wide.
  6. Coaches staff to achieve culture standards & core standards of Guest Experience
  7. Supervises the activities of the team in order to ensure adherence to Four Seasons standards, policies & procedures.

PROFILE
 Education:
College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.
 
Experience:  
Three to five years previous experience in Guest Experience. Luxury Brand experience is a plus.

Languages:  
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in Mandarin Languages.
English is required too.
French is a plus.
