Japanese concierge trainee (M/F)

Be responsible for reception and registration formalities
To ensure the maximum satisfaction of all the customers by serving them a prompt, cordial and personalized service for the duration of their stay
Participate in hotel customer activity sales to increase service revenue
Regularly contact our customers by phone to ensure their well-being and their overall satisfaction
Ensure at all times a positive and receptive attitude and listening to the customers needs, using their last name
Know all activities and recommend them according to their needs
Keep ut to date with his « activities book » which must be in perfect condition
Make every effort to ensure that guests departing from the hotel leave with a very good impression of the service they have received.

Computers: Microsoft Office: Word /Excel / Publisher /Powerpoint
Speak fluently Japanese and English and willing to learn French
Communicate effectively and have interpersonal skills
Knowledge of sales techniques
Proactive and adaptable

Internship conditions
Meals (2 meals / day at staff restaurant and budget allocated for breakfast)
Shared house  nearby the hotel
250 € / month (30 000CFP)
Flight tickets  are not included
