Service Executive (Festive season) (M/F)



JOB DESCRIPTION
At onefinestay, we open doors to the finest homes and villas in the most desirable destinations and deliver a one-of-a-kind service to both guests and homeowners around the world. The company launched in London in 2010 became part of Accor in 2016. With each memorable stay, we deliver a level of personal service and professional hospitality unmatched in the private rental industry.
 
Role purpose

The Service team is on the front line supporting our homeowners and guests, to make sure each and every one of them has a brilliant experience. We’re looking for a charismatic and charming temporary team member to boost our ranks over the busy holiday season.
The dates of this role will be December 2nd to January 10th, and it represents a fantastic opportunity to harness valuable bilingual experience during the holidays, at our lovely office in the Marais.
You understand that empathy is indispensable to fantastic service and you’ve got the experience to back it up. You’ve worked in a busy customer-facing role before, and are comfortable managing priorities and a high volume of enquiries. Lastly, you’re not satisfied unless your client is, and you’re in the business of delighting people by going above and beyond their expectations.
 
Duties and responsibilities
  • Personalising bookings with additional services (restaurant bookings, transfers, tours, grocery delivery)
  • Responding to incoming inquiries on the telephone and email from guests and homeowners
  • Liaising with the Operations and Commercial teams continuously
  • Visiting homes to make sure they’re spick-and-span
  • Welcoming guests personally, on occasion
  • Creative problem-solving and negotiating to deliver service recovery when necessary

PROFILE
Qualifications and experience
  • Fluent written and spoken English and French is essential (B2-C1 level)
  • Happy to work a seven-day rolling rota of shifts throughout the holiday season, including bank holidays
  • Customer-facing experience, ideally in hospitality
  • You’re happy to lend a hand with any task at hand - from welcoming a VIP to packing bedding in the warehouse
