QualificationsPosition: IT Manager Department : Finance You refer to : AREA DOF Tasks:
Coordinate in room technology projects where IT input is required (HSIA, PABX, Staycast, BOB)
Compliance (SAQD / GDPR / Cyber Security Compliance on non BOH systems)
Monthly / Quarterly site visit/calls with hotel management
Maintain Systems inventory
Participate in the monthly calls with SSC
Deployment of on site hardware
Backup of non BOH systems
Deployment of on site hardware
Overflow of SSC tickets
Qualifications :
3 to 5+ years of experience in Information Systems and Technology of IT experience.
The ideal candidate will have two to three years of progressive experience in Hospitality Information Technology and a minimum of one year in a project management role.
Ability to maintain confidentiality with information or items as required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with constant changes
Adaptable and with intellectual ability to thrive in a demanding, fast moving, and customer-focused environment
English language skills are preferred
