Rosewood was first established in New Zealand in December 2023 when Robertson Lodges decided to pass over the operational reigns of all 3 properties to Rosewood. The Robertsons still own the lodges, they just now operate under Rosewood Hotels & resorts.

Rosewood Hotel Group has three properties in New Zealand: Rosewood Cape Kidnappers, Rosewood Kauri Cliffs, and Rosewood Matakauri.

    Contract type: Fixed term contract (Seasonal)
    Duration: to 6 at 8 months

    Skills: Minimum 2 years previous experience as a Chef de Partie, in a similar standard establishment Relevant culinary / hospitality qualifications Have excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes. Have the ability to think on your feet as we have many guest requests and menu changes each day Have good time management and the ability to multitask. Thorough understanding of Health & Safety requirements
