Great Hotels Organisation Launches Hotel Rewards Programme

Loyalty programme ensures value, rewards and recognition

Great Hotels Organisation, (GHO: http://www.ghorg.com), a sales and marketing alliance for mid range to luxury hotels, has announced the launch of Great Hotels Rewards (http://www.greathotelsrewards.com), a free hotel loyalty programme developed for frequent guests of the member hotels of Great Hotels of the World and Special Hotels of the World.

Great Hotels Rewards is part of the VOILÀ Hotel Rewards network which unites independent luxury hotels around the world under one global programme to ensure hotel guests receive value, rewards and recognition. Great Hotels Rewards gives consumers a wider choice of hotels to earn and redeem points at rather than being limited to the big brand hotels.

Membership of Great Hotels Rewards is structured on a tiered three-level system based on the number of nights stayed at participating hotels around the world and the hundreds of partner properties that are part of the VOILÀ Hotel Rewards network: Gold (0-10 room nights), Platinum (10-20 room nights) and black (20+ nights). Points are easily accumulated through eligible spending at participating hotels. For every $1 spent at participating hotels, card-holders will be awarded with 10 points. These points can then be redeemed for free nights and upgrades in around 200 participating luxury hotels in the VOILÀ network as well as with a selection of partners such as air mile exchange.

Each level of membership helps to build rewards faster, therefore allowing the card-holder to enjoy more benefits and a personal online account allows members to easily track their points online, manage their personal profile and account information and redeem points.

Members receive additional personalised benefits based upon their customer profiles that are not usually awarded to normal guests such as exclusive member-only offers, priority and early check-in, late check-out, tailored pre-arrival room preparation, complimentary room upgrades, special welcome amenities and access to hotel VIP areas.
