You are also an online newspaper, how is this interesting for my recruitment?

Only 30 euros difference between your two packages! Why such a small difference in price?
The No Limit package allows us to offer our applicants a maximum number of jobs, as recruiters do not hesitate to publish all the profiles they are looking for, from commis to directors, without worrying about the cost.
We have adapted the price so that as two jobs are posted at the same time, the No Limit package becomes more attractive than the job credit.
For new customers, this No Limit package allows them to use all our services for the first time without limit and to see the feedback from several different jobs and not just one.

How do I purchase one of the two packages?
If you are a new client, you will need to complete the online order form, print it, sign it and return it to us by email or fax. All the information is on the order form. As soon as we receive your order, we verify your information and register your name on our database.

If you are an existing client, you can log into your recruitment page and renew your unlimited subscription or purchase additional credits.

As soon as we have registered your order, you will receive an email confirmation and you will be able to use your recruitment space, search for candidates, and post vacancies. Payment for this order should be made within 7 days for amounts below €-500, and within 30 days for amounts above €-500.

I am an HR specialist for a chain. Where would I post our vacancies?
It is important to note that every recruitment space is linked to the recruiter’s physical address to avoid confusion for candidates. This is valid for both the pay-as-you-go and unlimited options. There should, therefore, be one recruitment space per hotel.

We suggest that hotel groups create a Head Office recruitment space for all vacancies available at the Head Office of the group, as well as a recruitment space for each individual hotel. Each hotel then chooses the option best adapted to their needs at the time: pay-as-you-go for limited needs and unlimited for two or more vacancies. The latter can be on a monthly basis or for a longer period.

We then link all your recruitment pages to create a group which you can navigate easily to publish all your vacancies.

You can also move the text of a vacancy from one hotel’s page to another and simply adapt it as necessary. There is no need to write your job description again.

We offer a discount for two hotels from the same group who each subscribe to the unlimited option for the period of one year (12 months). The more hotels from the same group who subscribe at the same time for one year, the larger the discount.

For example, if six hotels take up the annual subscription at the same time for a period of one year, it will cost €-1,200 per year instead of €-1,800 (which works out as only €-100 per month for unlimited access to CVs and posting of vacancies).

Can I post my job vacancies straightaway after my order?
Yes, absolutely. You can post job vacancies and use all of our tools and services as soon as your recruitment space is available, even before settling your invoice.

I am a recruitment or communication agency, can I post jobs for my clients with you?
To provide our clients (luxury and ultra-luxury hotels and gourmet restaurants) with the best possible personalised service, we exclusively promote an exchange without intermediary.

Therefore, you can't subscribe on behalf of your clients on our website. If your customers wish to use our services, we invite them to contact us or to visit our website, so that they can subscribe to one of our packages on their behalf.

If they then want you to manage their recruitment, they will be able to give you the access codes to their Recruiter Account. This will allow you to manage the jobs and applications received.

What happens at the end of a No Limit subscription? Do I have to do anything?
Before the end of your subscription, you will receive an email to remind you of the end date. You can then decide whether to renew. If you do not renew it, your subscription will automatically end at midnight on the evening of the last day.
Your offers that still have some days of publication remaining will stay online until the end of their 45 days. You will be able to log in to see the applications received for these jobs.
When you subscribe again to one of our two packages, you will find all your history with us on your recruiter account: previous ads, presentation, photos, employer brand, etc.

How do I post a job vacancy? Do I send you my text?
As soon as your recruitment space is available, you can post your first job vacancy online. You can do this with our easy-to-use online form which will guide you through the process. You can also choose from different options to make your job vacancy stand out: select layouts, multimedia (photos, videos, social networks, etc.) and a range of settings. We can, of course, assist you if necessary through our chat box which can be found at the bottom right-hand side corner of all our pages.

Will my job vacancy be online straightaway?
When you post a new vacancy, you can specify whether it should go live immediately or at a later date (for example, if it needs approval by a colleague before going live).
If you choose to publish immediately, the vacancy will be saved and appear online as soon as you have clicked the button at the bottom of the form.

What kind of feedback should I expect in terms of quantity?
For us, the main thing is quality and not quantity, so a job rarely receives around fifty applications, for example. At Journal des Palaces, we will not commit ourselves to a minimum number of applications that you will receive, as we know very well that this can be extremely variable from one company to another and from one position to another. The location of the company, its reputation, and its management, but also the type of position and the profile sought are essential points that mean that the feedback can be very different. For example, profiles such as chef de partie or chef de rang are difficult to find, as the offer is more important than the demand.

We bring you visibility. It is up to you to convince the candidates!

Is it possible to publish my jobs anonymously?
It is possible to publish your jobs anonymously at no extra cost. To do this, you will have two recruiter accounts: a main account with the name of your company and an anonymous account with the name of your choice (example: 5-star hotel in London). You will be able to switch easily from one space to the other thanks to a drop-down menu located in the navigation menu.

To request this anonymous account, all you have to do is fill in your order form in the normal way, with all the information concerning your company. Then, we invite you to return this order form and indicate that you would also like to create an anonymous account, give us the name chosen for this account and the desired location (city or department or region).

We guarantee the complete confidentiality of your company during anonymous recruitment. However, we would like to inform you that the returns may be less good, as candidates may be afraid to apply to their own company.
