Elior, the third largest company in Contracted Food and related services in Europe has announced
the appointment of Bertrand Lozé as Managing director of the Concession catering branch.
He will report to Jacques Roux, Managing Director for Group Operations. Bertrand Lozé, 56, is a
graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques (Institute of Political Science) in Paris and holds a postgraduate
diploma in economics. He has spent his career in the real estate sector with the Groupe
SefriCime and in the oil industry with Shell both in France and overseas. He joined the Elior group
in 2000 as Managing Director of the French Motorways Division.
Alain Clévy has been appointed Managing director of the French Motorways Division, part of
the Concession branch. Alain Clévy, 48, is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale Engineering School in
Paris and the Institut du Contrôle de Gestion (Institute of Management Control). He began his
career with the RATP, where he held various operational management positions in public transport
activities, before joining the SCETA group as the Cariane Nord-Pas-de-Calais Area Manager. He
joined Elior in 1993 as the Local Authorities Contract Manager and then moved on to “Businesses
and Public Institutions" Operations in the Business and Industry Division.
Jean-François Camarty, Managing director of the Town and Transport Division, has joined
Elior’s Concession branch.
