THE AMERICAS

Philippe Caretti has been named Senior Vice President and General Manager of Resort Operations at Wynn Las Vegas. He comes to Las Vegas from the Hotel Mulia Senayan in Jakarta, where he had been the General Manager for the past year. A graduate of the Ecole Hotelière de Lausanne, he previously held various key positions with Shangri-La for thirteen years, including that of Area Vice President and General Manager of the Shangri-La Makati in Manila.

The Peninsula Beverly Hills has appointed Offer Nissenbaum Managing Director. He comes from New York where he was most recently the Regional Vice President of Operations for Omni Hotels and General Manager of the Omni Berkshire Place. He previously served as Resident Manager at the Plaza and as General Manager at the Doral Saturnia International Spa Resort. At the Peninsula Beverly Hills, he takes over from Ali Kasikci.

Michael Carsch has joined the Hollywood Roosevelt as General Manager. He takes over from Brett Blass who is transferring within Thompson Hotels as General Manager of Donovan House, opening in Washington, DC in February 2008. Carsch was most recently the President of the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino in Reno. He was previously with Ritz-Carlton for twenty years, serving as General Manager of the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, the Ritz-Carlton Tyson’s Corner and the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island.

Bruce Grosbety has been named Vice President of Operations for the Terra Resort Group and General Manager of the Hotel Terra Jackson Hole. He was previously the General Manager of the Snake River Lodge & Spa also in Jackson Hole. Grosbety previously served as Director of Rooms at the Pierre and Director of Front Office Services at the Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston.

Gunther Zweimuller has been named General Manager of the Sofitel Los Angeles, taking over the position left vacant when Brent Martin left in July to become the Hotel Manager at the Beverly Wilshire. Zweimuller is a past General Manager of the Millennium Biltmore and worked for Meristar, where he was an Area Director of Operations.

Mike Speicher has been named Vice President and General Manager of the Westin Imagine Orlando. He was previously the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.

MGM Mirage and Kerzner International have appointed William Velardo President and Chief Operating Officer of their 50/50 joint venture to develop a multi-billion dollar integrated resort property on the Las Vegas Strip. Velardo was most recently the President and Chief Operating Officer of the soon-to-be Fontainebleau Las Vegas. Previously, he served as President at the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority for ten years.

Jennifer Harding has been promoted to General Manager at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Resort in Barbados. She joined the resort in 1998 as Director of Human Resources, with a promotion to Director of Operations two years later.

Stuart Newmark has returned to the Kessler Collection’s Grand Bohemian as Senior Vice President and General Manager. He has been with the company for over seven years and was the General Manager when the hotel opened in 2001. Since 2005, he had served as Senior Vice President of Operations at the Kessler Collection.

Aqua Hotels & Resorts has promoted Guy Underkoffler to Senior Vice President. He joined the company as Controller in 2003 and previously worked for Interstate and Starwood.

Rick Charles has been appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Aquarius Casino Resort. He was most recently the Chief Operating Officer for the Sandia Resort & Casino in New Mexico.

James Scott has been named General Manager of the One&Only Ocean Club in the Bahamas. He was most recently in a similar role for the opening of Discovery at Marigot Bay in St. Lucia and previously served as Director of Sales and Marketing and Operations at Sandy Lane in Barbados.

Barbara Piper has been promoted to General Manager for the Residences at the Little Nell in Aspen. She was most recently the Hotel Manager for the Little Nell. At the Little Nell, Piper is replaced by Alyson Heller who moves up from her position for the past seven years as Director of Food and Beverage.

Omni Hotels has promoted Mike Garcia from his previous position as Chief Financial Officer to Senior Vice President of Development. He has been with Omni for the past twelve years.

Orient-Express has named Martin O'Grady Chief Financial Officer. He joins from the European real estate investment management firm Orion Capital Managers, where he had been the Chief Financial Officer since January 2006. He had previously served in various executive roles with Access, Security Capital European Realty and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

Cornell hotelman Jean-Pierre David has joined the Union Club in New York as Chief Operations Officer and General Manager. Since 1996, he had served as General Manager of the Links Club, also in New York.

Davis Sezna has been named President of La Quinta Resort & Club and PGA West. He was most recently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Tandem Hospitality.

Rudy Sharp has moved to Seattle to take over the Hotel Edgewater as Managing Director. He was most recently with Centex Hospitality in Austin as Area Manager Central Division. He previously served as Managing Director for the Depot in Minneapolis and the Magnolia Hotel in Dallas.

Pablo Migoya has been named General Manager for both the SoHo and Tribeca Grand Hotels. He was most recently in Weehawken as General Manager of the Sheraton Suites on the Hudson. Migoya is also a former Director of Sales and Marketing for Thompson Hotels.

Simon Mais is the new General Manager for San Francisco’s Clift, filling the post left vacant by Alexandra Walterspiel who is now with Sage Hospitality in Denver. Mais was most recently the General Manager of Le Méridien San Francisco and previously served as General Manager of the Hilton San Diego Mission Valley.

Jonathan Farrington has taken over for Paul O’Dowd as General Manager of Ventana in Big Sur. For the past four years, he was the General Manager of the Stanford Park Hotel in Menlo Park.

Mark Ancrum has joined the St. Regis San Francisco as Director of Operations. He was most recently with Starwood Hawaii where he held the position of Regional Director of Food and Beverage, since August 2003. Prior to that, Ancrum served as Director of Operations at Turnberry in Scotland.

The Hotel Terra in Jackson Hole has appointed Afsi Behnam Hotel Manager. Since 1990 she had been with Four Seasons in Newport Beach, Scottsdale, Santa Barbara and, most recently, served as Director of Rooms for the Four Seasons Aviara.

Xavier Moulin has joined the Maxwell Hotel in San Francisco as Assistant General Manager. He was most recently the Owner and General Manager of Espace Café in Sonoma. Previously, he held various rooms management positions at Raffles L'Ermitage in Beverly Hills and the St. Regis Los Angeles. He is a graduate of the Ecole Hotelière de Lausanne.

Craig Pearson has been appointed Assistant General Manager of the Blackstone, in Chicago, a Renaissance Hotel operated by Sage Hospitality. He was most recently the Director of Rooms at the Omni Chicago.

The Four Seasons Nevis has named Walter Hess Director of Residences. He has been with the company for over seventeen years, joining in 1996 as a Front Desk Supervisor at the Ritz-Carlton Chicago and has held various rooms positions for the company in Toronto, Philadelphia and Washington. He was most recently the Assistant Director of Rooms at the Four Seasons Costa Rica.

Destination Hotels & Resorts has appointed Andrew Furrer Vice President of Information Technology/Chief Information Officer. He spent the past eight years with Kimpton where he ended as Vice President of Technology.

With Interstate, Daniel Monnet has transferred as Director of Finance to the Sheraton Fisherman’s Wharf from the Marriott Downtown Los Angeles. He had previously served as Financial Controller at Le Méridien Beverly Hills and the InterContinental Los Angeles.

Pradeep Raman has been promoted to Director of Food and Beverage at the Peninsula Chicago, taking over from Executive Assistant Manager Oliver Dudler. Raman originally joined the hotel in 2003 before transferring to the Peninsula Hong Kong. He returned to the Peninsula Chicago in January 2006 and was most recently the Manager of Food and Beverage. In addition, he has served in various food and beverage positions at the Ritz-Carlton Istanbul and the Ritz-Carlton New York.

Bixente Pery has joined the Four Seasons Costa Rica as Food and Beverage Director, replacing Martin Kipping, who has transferred to Las Vegas. Pery was most recently with Intercontinental Hotels where he has held various food and beverage positions in Atlanta, Houston, Colombia and Venezuela.

At the Mandarin Oriental San Francisco, Milan Drager has been promoted from Executive Chef to Director of Food and Beverage, replacing Marcello Cristo. Prior to moving to the Mandarin Oriental San Francisco as Executive Chef, Drager had been the Executive Sous Chef at the (former) Kahala Mandarin Oriental in Hawaii.

Miguel Carvalho is the new Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Punta Mita. He played a similar role at the Park Hyatt Dubai for the past three years. He also held various food and beverage positions with Hyatt International and Mandarin Oriental in Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

The Lodge at Vail has appointed Michael McPhie Food and Beverage Director. His past two positions included serving as Food and Beverage Director at the Equinox Resort in Vermont, and La Posada de Santa Fe in New Mexico. In addition, he previously served as Director of Restaurants at the Salish Lodge in Washington.

The Whitetail Club in Idaho has named Kevin Climer Food and Beverage Director. He was most recently the Food and Beverage Director of the Kah-Nee-Ta High Desert Resort and Casino in Warm Springs, Oregon, for nearly ten years.

Albert Charbonneau has rejoined Raffles L’Ermitage in Beverly Hills as Director of Food and Beverage. For the past two years he served as Food and Beverage Director at the Hollywood Roosevelt. Charbonneau previously worked as Director of Food and Beverage at Shutters on the Beach.

The Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa & Casino has appointed David Lockard Director of Food and Beverage. He has been with Hyatt for twelve years in Beaver Creek, San Francisco, San Diego, and Newport Beach. Since 2004, he served as Director of Food and Beverage at the Hyatt Grand Champions.

The Fontainebleau Miami Beach has named Jeffrey Klein Director of Food and Beverage Operations. He was most recently the Director of Food and Beverage at the Loews Miami.

Sean Moesman has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage at the Millennium Bostonian. For the past three years, he held the position of General Manager for Meritage at the Boston Harbor Hotel. Previously, he was the Manager of the Oak Room and Oak Bar at the Fairmont Copley Plaza.

Erin Mercer is the new Director of Human Resources for Chaminade in Santa Cruz. Mercer was previously the Director of Human Resources for the Northern California Golf Association and the Poppy Hills Golf Course.

With Fairmont, Victoria Osenton has moved from London to join the Fairmont Turnberry Isle as Assistant Director of Human Resources. She transfers from the Savoy, which is due to close in a few weeks for a complete renovation.

InterContinental Hotels Group has named Gopal Rao Regional Vice President, Sales and Marketing, for Canada, to be based in Toronto. He most recently served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Travelodge Canada. Rao also held various sales and marketing roles with Royal Host Hotels & Resorts.

Kathy Van Vechten has been appointed Vice President Sales and Marketing for the new Terranea Resort in Palos Verdes scheduled to open in 2009. She had recently retired from a nineteen-year career with Four Seasons. Before opening, as Director of Sales and Marketing, the Four Seasons Las Vegas, she had served as Regional Director of Marketing for both the Four Seasons Maui and the Four Seasons Hualalai.

Also at Four Seasons, Patrick Smith is leaving his post of Director of Sales at the Four Seasons Santa Barbara to become a Sales Manager at the company’s Chicago Worldwide Sales Office. In Chicago, he replaces Kerry Dyer who is moving to Four Seasons’ Atlanta Worldwide Sales Office.

Ben Mollere has been named Director of Sales and Marketing at the St. Regis Aspen. He previously served as Vice President of Sales at the Coral Gables Biltmore for fourteen years. Prior to that, he was also the Director of Sales at the Ritz-Carlton Huntington (soon-to-be-renamed the Langham Huntington) and Director of Marketing at the Four Seasons Chicago. In Aspen, Mollere replaces Rob Henderson who left the St. Regis after five years to launch his own marketing consulting firm in Aspen, dubbed Mariner Consulting.

Fontainebleau Resorts has appointed Marta Lautin Vice President of Marketing. She was previously the Director, Marketing Programs, for LXR Luxury Resorts & Hotels.

Devon Kessler has joined the Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences in San Francisco as Director of Marketing. Kessler was most recently at Le Méridien San Francisco in the same role and previously served as Director of Sales and Marketing for Interstate Hotels and Resorts and Kimpton.

Karisma has appointed Mandy Chomat Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Chomat was most recently the Senior Vice President of Sales for Sandals.

Greg Velasquez has joined the US Grant in San Diego as Director of Sales and Marketing. For the past two years, he held the role of Director of Sales for the Phoenician in Scottsdale. He had previously served as Director of Sales at the Century Plaza Hotel & Spa and the Westin Pasadena.

The Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino has named John Woolley Director of Sales and Marketing. He most recently served in the same role at the New York Marriott Financial Center.

Bob Geller has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Westin Imagine Orlando. He was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Sheraton Studio City Hotel in Orlando.

Tanya Matthews has been promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing at the Fairmont Newport Beach. She joined the property in 2006 as Director of Group Sales after holding various sales roles at the Fairmont San Francisco and the Fairmont Vancouver.

The Millennium Bostonian has named Edward Carey Director of Sales and Marketing. He was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Sheraton Ferncroft. Previously, he held various sales positions at the Hilton Boston Logan Airport, the Hilton Boston Back Bay and the University Park Hotel at MIT.

Michael Newman has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Millennium UN Plaza. He was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Doubletree Guest Suites-Times Square. Previously, he spent twelve years with Hyatt.

Robin Kennovin has joined Kempinski Hotels in New York as Director of Global Sales. She was most recently the Assistant Director of Sales at the Hotel Plaza-Athénée New York after joining the property in 2000 as Sales Manager. She was previously with Leading Hotels of the World for several years serving in various sales positions.

Althea Kuhn has been appointed Director of Sales at the Ritz-Carlton Tyson’s Corner. She was most recently a Senior Sales Manager at the Doubletree Hotel Crystal City.

The Grand Bohemian Hotel has named Kevin Donahue Director of Sales. He was most recently the Complex Director of Sales and Marketing of the Westin Stonebriar Resort and Sheraton Stonebriar Hotel in Frisco, Texas. Donahue previously held positions in hotel sales and operations with Hampton Inns, Prime Hospitality, and Starwood.

Mark Galbreith is the new Director of Sales at the Lansdowne Resort in Virginia. He was previously the Director of Corporate Sales at the Wardman Park Marriott in Washington, DC.

Erika Chesley has been named Director of Sales at the Hilton Pasadena. She comes from Bakersfield where she most recently held the same position for the Doubletree Hotel.

Andrew Oxton transfers to the Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage as Director of Sales, Leisure. He was with the Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay most recently as Leisure and Travel Industry Sales Manager, after joining the property in 2002 as a Group Sales Manager.

The Renaissance Concourse Hotel in Atlanta has promoted Franklin Smith from Director of Group Sales to Director of Sales and Marketing.

Erin Lenahan has moved to San Diego to join the Grand Del Mar as National Sales Manager. She was most recently the Director of Southeast Sales for the Sanctuary at Kiawah Island in Charleston.

The Grand Del Mar has named Charles Stuart Director of Catering. Previously with the Phoenician in Scottsdale for seventeen years, he worked his way up the ranks from Bar Manager to Director of Catering.

Sandy Lane has appointed Grant MacPherson Culinary Director and Head Chef, taking over from Marcel Driessen who has become the Executive Chef at Little Dix Bay. For the past nine years, MacPherson worked with Steve Wynn, most recently overseeing new concepts for Wynn Las Vegas and overseeing culinary operations for Wynn Macau. In addition, he headed the kitchens of Bellagio and served with many visible hotel companies including Regent, Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons plus Malaysia's Datai, and Raffles in Singapore.

Kai Lermen has joined Redstone American Grill in Minnesota as Corporate Executive Chef. He was previously with Ritz-Carlton, serving as Executive Chef at the Ritz-Carlton Osaka, the Ritz-Carlton Palm Beach and the Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia.

The Lodge at Vail has appointed Rahm Fama Executive Chef. Fama joins from fellow RockResort the Lodge & Spa at Cordillera. He previously oversaw the kitchens at La Posada de Santa Fe, the Phoenician and the Broadmoor.

Rodney Rivers has been named Executive Sous Chef of the Whitetail Club & Resort. He was most recently at the Ahwahnee Hotel in Northern California’s Yosemite National Park, where he worked as a Sous Chef for two years.

David Collier is the new Pastry Chef at the Mansion on Turtle Creek. He hails from Kinkead’s American Brasserie in Washington, DC, and previously worked under Executive Pastry Chef Laurent Lhuillier at the Ritz-Carlton Tyson’s Corner.

Sebastian Nohse has been named Executive Sous Chef at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. He was most recently the Executive Sous Chef at the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong and previously served as Chef de Cuisine at the Burj al Arab in Dubai.

Stéphane Colling has taken over as General Manager at Atelier by Joel Robuchon in the Four Seasons New York. He was most recently the Wine Director at the Modern at MOMA. He had previously held various Sommelier positions at Alain Ducasse at the Essex House, the Castle at Tarrytown and the Waterside Inn in Bray on Thames, England.

Mark Steenge is the new General Manager of Addison at the Grand Del Mar. He was most recently the General Manager of 9 Beaches Resort in Bermuda. Previously, save for a brief passage at the MGM Grand Las Vegas, he served as General Manager and Partner of the restaurant Lumière in Vancouver. In addition, he spent several years with Four Seasons in London, Philadelphia and Vancouver.

Marcus Cascio has been named General Manager of Restaurants at the Mansion on Turtle Creek. He was previously the Food and Beverage Manager at the Whiteface Lodge, after serving as Restaurant General Manager at the Delano.

Sabato Sagaria has joined the Little Nell as Assistant Food and Beverage Director. Sagaria, a Cornell graduate, was most recently the Wine Director of the Inn at Little Washington in Virginia. Previously, he served as Director of Beverage at the Greenbrier.

Belinda Chang has been named Wine Director at the Modern at MOMA in New York. She was most recently with Chicago’s Cenitare Restaurant Group as its Wine and Spirits Director. She had previously overseen the wine program at the Fifth Floor in San Francisco and Charlie Trotter’s in Chicago.

Scott Barber, most recently the Wine Director at Dallas’ Stephan Pyles, is the new Sommelier at the Mansion on Turtle Creek. He also served as Sommelier for the Milestone Culinary Arts Center.

Franco Pedone has been appointed Director of Rooms Division at the soon to be open Rosewood Mayakoba Resort. He was most recently with the Dorchester Collection as Rooms Division Manager for the Hotel Principe di Savoia in Milan. He previously held various positions at the Park Hyatt Milan, the Four Seasons Milan, the Pierre and the Four Seasons Austin.

EUROPE

Pierre Bord has joined Le Royal Evian as General Manager. He previously served as Assistant General Manager at the Hotel de Paris in Monaco and General Manager of Le Richemond in Geneva.

Luis Marco has been named General Manager of the Mandarin Oriental Barcelona scheduled to open in early 2009. Most recently, he had served as General Manager for the Hotel Arts Barcelona and the Ritz-Carlton Cancun.

Bart Spoorenberg has been named General Manager of Castello di Casole in Tuscany. He was most recently the General Manager of the Hotel Romazzino in Sardinia.

Martine Granier has been named President of Accor Thalassa, Accor’s Spa and Well Being division. She comes from the travel agency side of the business, and spent several years with such cruise lines as Paquet and Festival Cruises.

At Paris’ Ritz, Arnaud Faye has been appointed Chef de Cuisine at L’Espadon Restaurant. Faye comes from Le Relais Bernard Loiseau, where he spent nearly four years.

ASIA AND THE PACIFIC

Peter Leitgeb has been named President and Chief Executive Officer for Claridges Hotels and Resorts of India. He was most recently the President of Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts.

Kjell Rognoy has been named General Manager of the Regent Shanghai. He was most recently assisting with the opening of the Reef Oasis Blue Bay Resort & Spa in Sharm El Sheikh. He had previously served as General Manager of the Sheraton Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, and the JW Marriott in Kuala Lumpur.

Katie Benson has transferred as Managing Director to the Langham Hong Kong. She was most recently the Managing Director of the Langham Melbourne.

Andrew Drummond has been appointed General Manager of Kandooma ~ Maldives, scheduled to open in 2008. He was most recently the General Manager of Casa Del Mar in Langkawi. Most of his career was spent with hotels in Australia, including the Mansion Hotel in Melbourne, Stables Resort in Perisher Valley, and the Observatory Hotel in Sydney.

Rudi Scherb joins the Kempinski Sanya Resort on China’s Hainan Island, as General Manager. Scherb’s first position was at the Ritz in Paris and he subsequently worked in over twelve countries, including Jamaica, Hawaii, Fiji, Singapore and Thailand. One of his past positions was as General Manager of the Grand Formosa Regent in Taipei.

Christopher MacLean is the new General Manager of the Swiss-Belhotel Suites and Residences in Medan, Indonesia. He previously held various General Manager positions in Indonesia, Thailand, China, Singapore, Brunei, Transvaal, England and Scotland with Sheraton and Holiday Inn.

Eggert Muus has been appointed General Manager of the Kempinski Shenzen. He previously served as Resident Manager and, most recently General Manager of the Swissôtel Beijing.

John Sartain has transferred as General Manager of the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore. He was most recently in the same position at the Copthorne Hotel Gatwick London. He had previously worked with several international hotel chains such as Hilton, InterContinental and Ramada.

Andreas Trauttmansdorff has been named General Manager of the Tokyo Westin. He was most recently the General Manager of Le Méridien Nirwana in Bali, where he has been succeeded by Robert Hogenstijn.

Orient-Express has appointed Jérome Billiard General Manager of the Bora Bora Lagoon Resort, taking over for Eric Pere. Billiard was most recently involved in his own hotel and real estate development ventures on the French Riviera. Prior to that, he served as General Manager at the Vila Sol Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Portugal and the Hotel Iberostar Founty Beach in Agadir.

Kurt Matsumoto has been named General Manager of the planned club, spa and lodge at Kukui'ula in Hawaii. He was most recently the General Manager of the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows. Previously, he served as Vice President of Resorts/Administration for the Lana'i Company, Resident Manager at RockResorts' Little Dix Bay in the British Virgin Islands and in various executive positions at several Hyatt properties.

The Nam Hai in China has promoted Wayne Duberly to General Manager. He joined the property as pre-opening Executive Assistant Manager in January 2006. He had previously worked at the Montpelier Plantation Inn on Nevis and spent tens years in various positions at the Dorchester in London.

Raymond Zuest is the new General Manager of the Hotel Victoria Can Tho in Vietnam. A graduate of the Lucerne Hotel School, he has spent most of his career in Asia.

Oliver Dudler has transferred to the Peninsula Beijing as Resident Manager, taking over from Jonathan Crook. Crook had come to Beijing after serving two years as Executive Assistant Manager, Food and Beverage at the Peninsula Chicago, the position Dudler was most recently filling. Dudler previously served in various culinary positions at the Repulse Bay in Hong Kong and the Peninsula New York.

Jonathan Crook moves up from Resident Manager at the Peninsula Beijing to Hotel Manager at the Peninsula Tokyo. Crook originally joined the group in January 2000 as Director of Restaurants and Bars at the Peninsula New York.

Peter Draminsky has been promoted to Hotel Manager at the Four Seasons Hong Kong, taking over for Alain Tsui who is leaving the company to move to Beijing. Draminsky moves up from his position at the hotel as Food and Beverage Director, after joining the property in pre-opening. He was previously with Hyatt, both in Hong Kong and Madrid, and also with Radisson SAS in Denmark.

Art Davis has transferred to the Four Seasons Maldives Kuda Huraa as Director of Finance. He comes from the same position at the Four Seasons Tokyo at Marunouchi. Davis previously held various finance positions with Four Seasons in Chicago, Philadelphia and Whistler before heading to Tokyo.

The InterContinental Hong Kong has promoted Claus Pedersen to Executive Assistant Manager. He joined the property in 2005 and was most recently serving as the Executive Assistant Manager – Food and Beverage. He previously held the positions of Director of Operations at the Hilton Otaru and Director of Food and Beverage at the Hilton Nagoya.

Vincent Pimont has moved to Beijing to take over the position of Director of Rooms for the Peninsula. He most recently opened the InterContinental Thalasso Spa in Bora Bora as Executive Assistant Manager – Rooms. Pimont previously served in various roles with InterContinental in Paris and New York.

The Four Seasons Macau has appointed Hildegard Anzenberger Director of Food and Beverage. She has worked for the company in various food and beverage roles at the Four Seasons Berlin and was most recently the Food and Beverage Director at the Four Seasons Sydney.

Bryan Chiu has rejoined the InterContinental Hong Kong as Director of Food and Beverage. He was previously the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage for the hotel before joining the Four Seasons Hong Kong in the same role.

The Dusit Thani Bangkok has appointed Andrew Cornelio Director of Sales and Marketing. He moves over from sister property the Dusit Laguna Phuket where he has served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for three years.

James Babian has been named Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Hualalai. He had previously served as Executive Chef at the Fairmont Orchid and as Chef de Cuisine at the Hilton Waikoloa Village.

Glenda Dusome has been named Corporate Recruiter for Six Senses Resorts & Spas. She was previously a Director at Portfolio International.

MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA

Jean-Patrick Thiry has joined Almulla Hospitality in Dubai as President. He was most recently the Group Managing Director of Domina Hotels and Resorts. He previously held various positions with Starwood French Polynesia and the Sheraton Herods Eilat Israel.

Feras Aridi has been appointed Regional Financial Controller of Swiss-Belhotel International Middle East. Previously, he served as Senior Accountant for Alpha Tours for five years.

Dieter Gamper has been named General Manager of the Marina Mall Hotel in Dubai. He was most recently the Resident Manager of the Presidential Plaza Beijing. He previously held the position of Executive Assistant Manager for the Swissôtel Beijing for two years.

Sven Wiedenhaupt has transferred to the Four Seasons Doha as Hotel Manager. He comes from the Four Seasons New York where he was most recently the Food and Beverage Director.
