Karma Kandara has received further worldwide plaudits with two first places at the prestigious CNBC International Property Awards. The resort was honoured with first place in both the Best International Development and the Best International Property categories.
Criteria for deciding the competition include location, external appearance, architectural design, interior design and structural engineering. Judges also consider safety, security, energy efficiency and innovation.
The international awards are considered the most prestigious in the industry and were inaugurated in 1995. They have established themselves as the premier programme recognising excellence in the field of commercial property development internationally.
