BEST SERVICE AWARD GOES TO THE DAN HOTELS for the third year running
The figures say it all! In an independent survey carried out by MarkeTest for The Marker, Israel’s top business newspaper, the Dan Hotel chain has once again been voted as the Best Service Provider in Israel for 2008 out of all Israeli hotels! The “Service Survey” is conducted on a population sample similar to the international code used in the American SCSI and the European EUCSI.
With 13 hotels around the country, the Dans scored the highest points in all categories – showing that the level of service throughout the hotel chain was higher than its three main competitors; Fattal, Isrotel and Sheraton and way above the overall industry score. Apart from the quality of accommodation, food and service, the survey reflected the high level of satisfaction experienced by Dan guests. In addition a large proportion of the public felt that their stay had met all of their expectations and that they would certainly plan a return visit and recommend a Dan hotel to their family and friends.
This is the third year in a row that similar surveys have put the Dan Hotel Chain in first place! President of the chain, Ami Hirschstein commented today: “We know what we’ve got – and of course we’re delighted that so many of our guests enjoy and appreciate what the Dans stand for. The Dan Hotels Corporation works hard to consistently provide the very high service standard we have set ourselves and to surpass our guests’ expectations.”

The thirteenth hotel in the chain, Dan Boutique recently opened in Jerusalem and is already slated to be a huge success for the younger generation of tourists visiting the capital. The flagship hotel, King David Jerusalem and the Dan Tel Aviv are both members of The Leading Hotels of the World.
