The curtain is going up on Broadway 49 - Times Square, a Crowne Plaza Hotel, this fall to the tune of $85 million dollars. The 46-story, 770-room property -- located on Broadway between 48th and 49th streets -- features exceptional industry talent and attractions including the first Butler Floor, the largest indoor hotel swimming pool in the city, the only 24-hour hotel restaurant in Times Square, and a Scotch Sommelier overseeing the chic Highlands Lobby Bar.
Top billing goes to the exclusive Butler Floor -- a first in the Times Square area. Located high atop the city on the 46th floor, these spacious accommodations are a tough act to follow given they include complimentary private transportation to and from airports, in-room check-in/check-out, packing/unpacking services, laundry pressing, and even dry cleaning.
