The ultimate Christmas experience at Aqua (Chine)

A HKD10,000 gastronomic menu of exclusive foods, fine wines, champagnes, a perfectly selected gift and door to door limousine service

Super swanky and award winning restaurant, aqua, is preparing to delight guests this December with the announcement of its first HKD10,000 Ultimate Christmas menu.

Perched at the top of One Peking Road and already established as one of Hong Kong’s sleekest eateries with two dynamic and polarized dining spaces and panoramic harbour views; aqua will offer a flamboyant seven-course food menu paired with exclusive wines and vintage champagnes.

A full limousine service* and a specially selected exclusive gift, perfect for each guest is also included in what is tipped to be Hong Kong’s most decadent festive feasts served throughout December 2008 including Christmas and Boxing day (25/26 December).

The Ultimate Christmas menu can also be bought as a gift for that someone special who has everything to be redeemed at their convenience before the end of June 2009.

Having arrived in VIP style, guests will be ushered into their own private dining room and waited on from start to finish - beginning the spectacular seven-courses with Australian Coffin Bay oysters with Beluga caviar, paired with Bollinger Grand Année 1999 champagne.

Amongst the dishes to follow will be some of the world's premier delicacies; premium black truffle, Ise Lobster, Boston lobster, foie gras, guinea fowl breast and Kobe beef.

Each dish has been carefully developed by Head Chefs Eugenio Riva and Tatsuya Iwahashi combining their culinary know-how with exclusive ingredients air flown from around the world.

Presented with each exquisite dish will be a specifically paired wine selected by aqua’s expert team including a Château d'Yquem 1996 from Bordeaux, a Berand Morey Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Morgeots 2005 from Burgundy, France and a Ceretto Barbaressco Bernardot 2003 from Piedmont, Italy.

The aqua Ultimate Christmas menu will be served throughout the month of December, priced at HKD10,000 per person. If bought as a gift, the decadent meal must be enjoyed by the end of June 2009.
