Luxury Hotel Implements Property Management, POS, Inventory Procurement Systems
Agilysys, Inc. (NASDAQ: AGYS), a leading provider of innovative IT solutions, including specifically- designed hospitality software solutions, has announced that Trump Hotel Las Vegas, part of the Trump Hotel Collection, has selected a comprehensive suite of hospitality software solutions from Agilysys to streamline operations at the 1,282-suite luxury condominium hotel property. Trump Las Vegas has implemented the Visual One property management system; InfoGenesis POS(TM); and the Stratton Warren System (SWS), an inventory and procurement solution, all by Agilysys. The Visual One Multi-Property Enterprise System is currently being rolled out to all Trump Hotel Collection locations.
"The Agilysys solutions provided exactly what we needed, with retail POS, sales & catering and spa modules that are fully integrated with the Visual One property management system," said Michael Schubach, chief information officer for Trump Hotel Collection. "Also, the advanced commission functionality of the Visual One condo owner module gives us a reliable set of tools to manage our owner-rental program. The multi-property enterprise solution will enable all properties within the Trump Hotel Collection to share guest profiles, preferences and other key information, which will result in more personalized service and guest loyalty throughout the chain."
Trump Hotel Las Vegas is using the following solutions from Agilysys:
-- Visual One Property Management System, a comprehensive and fully integrated property management solution that offers a variety of features and functionality, including front office operations, guest history, housekeeping, reservations management, room maintenance and more. Trump Las Vegas is using the Visual One retail POS module to manage sales in its gift shops; the Visual One sales & catering module to manage meeting room and banquet operations; and the Visual One spa module to keep track of spa guest appointments, staff work schedules and staff commission levels. The property also uses the Visual One condo owner module to calculate owner commissions and provide a variety of owner reports.
-- InfoGenesis POS(TM), an enterprise-ready point-of-sale solution that combines powerful reporting and configuration capabilities with an easy-to-use touch-screen terminal application. Features include real-time reporting capabilities; advanced sorting, filtering and grouping options; and encryption tools that ensure the security of guest data. Designed for multi-unit operations commonly found in hospitality environments, the InfoGenesis POS manages dining and bar service functions at Trump Las Vegas.
-- Stratton Warren System (SWS), a full-featured inventory and procurement solution that maximizes purchasing power and reduces operational costs.
