Ocean Waters Acquires Three More Oceanfront Properties

The Thunderbird, Boardwalk Inn & Suites in Daytona Beach and Makai Beach Lodge in Ormond Beach have been added to the Ocean Waters growing portfolio of beachfront property.
The privately held firm now owns 30 hotels and resorts along Florida's Atlantic coast with a total inventory of 3,000 hotel rooms under management.
Located in the heart of Daytona Beach at 500 Atlantic Avenue, The Thunderbird is adjacent to The Plaza Resort & Spa, Ocean Waters' flagship luxury hotel. Rooms start at $59 per night.
The Boardwalk Inn & Suites at 301 S. Atlantic Avenue combines beachfront accommodations with convenient access to the famed Daytona International Speedway. This property offers 101 suites and rooms within walking distance of the beach area shopping, restaurant and entertainment district. Room rates start at $99 per night.
Just north in the town of Ormond Beach is the Makai Beach Lodge at 707 South Atlantic Avenue. Convenient to Halifax Plantation Golf Club and popular shopping destinations, The Makai Beach Lodge offers 110 rooms along the shore in this wonderfully quaint Florida community. Rooms start at $69 per night.
