Dial and Dine

The words "I'll take that to go," are often muttered in defeat. Think about it: You're in line at a fast-food joint, loading up on not-so-happy meals and wondering what happened to the fresh dinner you vowed you'd cook for the family. Hey, we've all been there.

But there's no need to be hard on yourself — or let a busy week get in the way of a decent meal. What if we told you that a luxury hotel chef was waiting by the phone, ready to take your order? Well, sort of . . .

Now, hungry Atlantans can enjoy the gourmet cuisine of Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta's four-star Park 75 restaurant in the comfort of their own homes. Each week the culinary team, led by Executive Chef Robert Gerstenecker, comes up with a tasty meal they'd like to eat at home with their own friends or family. A new menu goes up on the Hotel's web site each week, and diners can place orders on Wednesday for a Friday pick up.

One recent Park 75 To Go menu included: Field Green Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette; Apple Sourdough Bread with Vidalia Onion Butter; Slow-Roasted Lemon Pepper Chicken; Sautéed Fingerling Potatoes and Grilled Seasonal Vegetables; and Bourbon Pecan Pie.

For just $25 per person, it's convenience food without the guilt — or the grease!
