Renowned for its heavenly mooncakes, Hua Ting Restaurant is once again set to impress with innovative snow skin creations and traditional flavours. From 4 September to 3 October 2009, gather your loved ones to enjoy an assortment of mooncakes at Orchard Hotel and make this Mid-Autumn Festival a time of joyous reunion!
New Creations
Made from premium ingredients and individually handcrafted to perfection, Group Masterchef Chan Kwok and his talented culinary team concocted two new exotic snow skin mooncake flavours for your indulgence.
Mini Snow Skin with Plum Paste at $6.00 per piece
Much loved for its abundance of vitamins, the generous filling of savoury plum lotus paste with crunchy melon seed encased in beetroot snow skin will definitely appeal to most ladies. With paste made from fresh plums and without lard, this nutritional mooncake is also the perfect choice for the elderly and health conscious alike.
Mini Snow Skin with Coffee Paste at $6.00 per piece
As coffee is an essential part of many men’s diet, our Chefs have specially infused the fragrance of Espresso coupled with a tinge of coffee liquer into the smooth lotus paste filled with melon seed. Rich in flavour and packed with the goodness of coffee, this is a healthy treat for all coffee lovers!
Traditional Baked All-Time Favourites
Alongside the mouth-watering snow skin creations, Hua Ting offers signature traditional favourites which include White Lotus Paste with Macadamia Nuts ($11.50 per piece), Seeds of Harmony ($12.00 per piece), White Lotus Paste with Double Yolks ($14.00 per piece) and Lotus Paste with Single Yolk ($12.00 per piece).

Our popular Signature Snow Skin Mooncakes include Red Wine and Cranberry Paste ($6.00 per piece), Custard with Yolk ($6.50 per piece), White Lotus with Yolk ($6.50 per piece) and Green Tea with Yolk ($6.00 per piece).
