The May issue of Traveler calls itself the "ultimate insider's guide to the newest and hottest hotels opened all over the world in the past year," so it is no surprise that Finca Cortesin in Andalusia was included. The 2009 Hot List featured 140 new hotels and resorts, in which Finca Cortesín earned the distinction of being one of four properties in Spain to be named. All of the selections were judged on design, service, and amenities; and only results that transcended industry standards were chosen.

About Finca Cortesin Hotel, Golf & Spa
Opened in October 2008, Finca Cortesin Hotel, Golf & Spa is a luxury resort located in southern Spain near the village of Casares, one of the most picturesque villages of Andalucia, and situated between Marbella and Sotogrande.
The resort is only 45 minutes away from the international airport in Malaga.
The hotel is designed with an Andalusian influence featuring Moorish inspired graceful interior courtyards and fountains. The 67 spacious room and suites are all lavishly appointed and elegantly furnished. The rooms feature beautiful oversized bathrooms and offer relaxation and respite along one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world.
