THE MAHO GROUP, ST. MAARTEN LENDS A HELPING HAND WITH HAITI RELIEF FUND
One Dollar-Per-Day Guest Matching Donations Offered to Reach $50,000 Goal
The Maho Group in St. Maarten has established a Haiti Relief Fund in an effort to aid their Caribbean neighbors devastated by the recent earthquake. The initiative begins immediately at Sonesta Maho Beach Resort & Casino, Sonesta Great Bay Beach Resort & Casino and Royal Islander Club's La Terrasse and La Plage resorts through February 28, 2010.
Guests can give a voluntary $1 USD per room, per each day of their stay, which will be easily added to their bill. The Maho Group will match that donation on a daily basis in an effort to raise $50,000 USD in relief. All funds will be donated to regional chapters of the Red Cross and UNICEF.
