Located in a luxurious open air setting above the Main Lobby, Cruz Bay Prime serves a rich menu of steak and seafood classically prepared with a modern twist. In addition to prime, aged grass-fed Angus steaks and the region’s freshest seafood, diners can enjoy lamb and chicken along with sumptuous desserts and fine coffees. Island-inspired delights range from Caribbean lobster cappuccino to rum-fired caramelized bananas. The menu at Cruz Bay Prime and Westin St. John’s additional dining outlets is overseen by the resort’s award-winning new executive chef William Ryan. Cruz Bay Prime is open Wednesdays through Sundays from 6pm to 10pm. The restaurant’s bar and lounge is open from 5pm to 11pm.
