The St. Regis Bali Resort proudly announces the appointment of Yvonne Wan as the new Hotel Manager.
With over 10 years in the hotel industry, Yvonne started her career with the hotel group Starwood Hotels & Resorts in 2002 as Director of Business Development in Sheraton Perdana Langkawi. She was heavily involved, together with a team, in rebranding the hotel to Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa, at which point she took on the position as their first Director of Sales and Marketing for the first Westin Resort in Malaysia.
Her dedication and passion shone through and her valuable contribution led to the resort’s achievement of a few awards including “Best Luxury Resort of the Year - Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards 2007/2008 (Excellence Establishment Award)” and the “Best New Resort Spa for Heavenly Spa - Malaysia Spa and Wellness Awards 2007.” Within three years, she was promoted to Executive Assistant Manager, Sales and Marketing.
As her first assignment outside of Malaysia, Yvonne brings a wealth of experience to this new resort and is remarkably the first Asian female Hotel Manager on the island of Bali.
