Constance Belle Mare Plage in Mauritius has been awarded the title of "Highly Recommended Hotel" in the latest edition of Diners Club Magazine, Germany.
This titled was bestowed by a highly competent jury with first-hand experience of the hotel. The attribute "Highly Recommended" relates specifically to the impeccable service levels and excellent facilities of the hotel.
Situated on the east cost of the island in exotic tropical gardens, Constance Belle Mare Plage is set on one of Mauritius' most beautiful stretches of white sandy beach, protected by a natural coral reef.
The hotel has a relaxed ambience and features first class facilities and services, including a Shiseido Spa and a wide range of water sports. Its renowned standard of cuisine is evident in each of the seven restaurants within the hotel "perhaps most notably in the gastronomic "Blue Penny Restaurant".
Constance Belle Mare Plage is the only hotel in Mauritius with two championship 18-hole golf courses - "Legend" and "Links"- both of which are complimentary and exclusive to guests.
The group Constance Hotels Experience owns and manages the following luxurious resorts in the Indian Ocean: Constance Belle Mare Plage and Constance Le Prince Maurice in Mauritius, Constance Lodge Tsarabanjina in Madagascar, and Constance Halaveli Resort in the Maldives. Recently unveiled is the Constance Ephelia Resort of Seychelles, the second resort of the group in the Seychelles joining Constance Lemuria Resort in Praslin. Constance Moofushi Resort in the Maldives is scheduled for December 2010.
