Sofitel Macau At Ponte 16 launches “World of Sofitel” dinner buffet for guests to experience the signature dishes designed by all executive chefs of Sofitel Worldwide. At Sofitel Macau At Ponte 16, guests will go on a culinary trip to enjoy the most inspired dishes from Paris, Shanghai to Sydney. A delightful array of international cuisines ranging from typical Australian dishes to authentic French and Chinese cuisine, such as Raw fish in Polynesian style, Stir-fried sea whelk with dried chillis, Coq au vin, salt crusted barramundi, Singaporean Laksa, braised Chicken with Longjing tea and camellia oil, Long Blue Legs (Cambodia), fragrent poached beef in Sichuan Oil, pan fried Qingyuan Chicken. You name it! Patanegra, international cheese and French desserts are also available at the buffet. Mistral restaurant aims to offer diners a gastronomical experience to meet their different appetite demands.
