Taipei’s elegant Hotel Éclat is offering a bespoke package for visitors to the spectacular 2010 Taipei International Flora Exposition, opening on November 6.
Complimentary shuttle bus transportation and entry ticket to the world’s premier annual horticultural expo is included in the promotion priced at NT$7,888 for the first night, and NT$5,299 for subsequent nights.
For ‘early bird’ bookings before October 20, the boutique art hotel in the fashionable Da-An district is discounting prices by 20%.
Also included in the ‘Let Nature Unfold Its Beauty Package’ are complimentary daily breakfast and guest room mini bar, with a welcome drink and late check-out till 4pm subject to availability.
Staged for the first time in Taiwan, this year’s International Flora Exposition is expected to attract as many as six million overseas visitors over six months from November 6 to April 25.
The giant expo site in Yuanshan Park, in the centre of Taipei City, incorporates a total of 14 separate exhibitions covering 70 hectares.
With the theme ‘Rivers, Flowers, New Horizons,’ the leading expo in the world for flower and horticultural professionals and enthusiasts is being celebrated as an opportunity for Taiwan to demonstrate to the world its commitment to outstanding gardening and achievements in biotechnology and environmental protection.
The 60-room boutique Hotel Éclat is newly opened by Hong Kong entrepreneur Mr. George Wong, owner of luxury apartment complex Hong Kong Parkview, and is an established favourite with Hong Kong visitors.
