To best reveal love to the beloved is, again, through experience. Our chefs have prepared an unprecedented dessert for this special moment – Strawberry & Champagne Crystal Ball.
What steals the heart of all is the heart-shaped strawberry mousse inside the translucent champagne ball. It’s a hidden gem to be discovered. Want to propose? Our culinary team could put the ring inside for Ms Right to crack and win it. Live band will fill the air with melody of love to colour the ambience. A 5-course set dinner is priced at HK$1,888 for two persons including two complimentary glasses of Champagne Cocktail, and topping it up with HK$500 per person will get five glasses of pairing wine each. Nagomi
For those who prefer a cosy setting, Nagomi’s 8-course set dinner for two would be the choice. At HK$1,888 per couple, it comes with a bottle of Masumi Karakuchi Kiipon Junmaiginio sake. Available from 12 to 14 February 2011.
Kwan Cheuk Heen
In the contemporary high-ceiling dining hall where harbour view is free for most tables, couples could appease their palate by its 6-course set dinner available on the evenings of 12 to 14 February 2011. At HK$988 for two persons with two glasses of house wine.
Harbour Grand Café
To reveal the love for someone on the occasion, and yet not sure of his or her taste, Harbour Grand Café’s Dinner Buffet gives a solution. There offers a labyrinth of dishes carefully picked from around the globe, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Indian and more are on the list. There must be some that please him or her. Only at HK$588 per adult.
