Singapore, 28 February 2011: Come and join us in the countdown celebrations as Copthorne Orchid Hotel Singapore – a popular venue for retreat and famed for the local favourites for many of the past 40 years, will be rolling out the red carpet to bid a fond farewell! Revel in the farewell treats specially lined up for your nostalgic indulgence from 1 to 31 March 2011
A FEAST TO REMEMBER
Savour your much loved Slipper Lobster Hor Fun and all the popular dishes once again as Palm’s Asian Brasserie will present its longest favourite lunches and dinners for the month of March only! Their dedicated team of chefs will be whipping up a series of old favourites daily, featuring delights such as Kueh Pie Tee, Mee Goreng with Satay, Fried Hokkien Mee, Ayam Buah Keluak, Sambal Prawns with Petai, Hainanese Pork Chop and an array of curries. Look out for the live cooking stations with extensive cooked-to-order dishes like Laksa, Prawn Noodle Soup, Mee Rebus or Braised Duck Noodles.
Round off your meal with a selection of homemade desserts which include Chempadak Roll, Tau Suan, Pulut Hitam and a selection of Nonya Kueh.
Alternatively, boogie down memory lane with Singapore’s Mandarin Pop King and Queen at Topps Lounge and raise a toast to this Bukit Timah Landmark!
