New weekly beach party brings the ‘sun, sand and sea’ to guests every Sunday afternoon
Mandarin Oriental, Miami presents a new Sunday beach and pool party sure to become a staple in the Miami weekend scene. Beginning on Sunday, 3 April from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. and every Sunday thereafter, ‘Sizzlin’ SunDaze” at Oasis Beach Club will offer the perfect destination to take in the sun at the water’s edge with beach games, high-energy music, spa “taster” treatments, delectable cuisine and a refreshing beach cocktail menu.
Groups of friends, singles and couples alike will enjoy the unbeatable atmosphere of Oasis Beach Club, set on the sparkling waters of Biscayne Bay with the Miami skyline as the backdrop. Beach games including badminton and paddleball will be available for guests, and a cabana will be reserved for mini spa services, as well as manicures and pedicures.
Eclectic lounge music will set the “SunDaze” tone with occasional DJ appearances, and luxury beach cabanas are available to rent with full bottle service or pre-set cabana packages. Guests will enjoy a delectable cocktail menu of frozen and mixed drinks and cold beers, and a specialty cocktail will be highlighted each week for a special price of USD 8. Emcee Andres Friguls will encourage guests to partake in the fun.
The Oasis Beach Club menu will be available all day for guests to enjoy beach favorites such as hamburgers, hot dogs, sushi and salads. “SunDaze” beach party guests will also have access to the infinity-edge pool and pool deck, beach hammocks slung between palm trees, sleek daybeds and outdoor beach and pool showers.
For the 3 April event debut, 20% of all proceeds will go to the disaster relief fund of the Japanese Red Cross. No cover charge; valet parking available for USD 11 per vehicle.
