The highlights include A Vietnamese Spring Roll Station, A Fruit Sushi Counter (featuring Pineapples, Strawberries, Watermelon, Mangoes, Dragon Fruit and Oranges wrapped in rice and seaweed), A Korean BBQ Section and an extended DIY Salad Bar. Other tasty eats from our Balik Kampung Spread include Braised Pork Belly, Indian Kambing Soup, Grilled Satay with Condiments, Sambal Sotong, Sambal Kang Kong, Sea Cucumber with Roasted Duck, Kong Po Frog Leg, Salted Fish Fried Rice, Fried Bee Hoon with Pig’s Trotter and Durian Pengat. The winners can pick up other culinary and mixology tips from our two talented gentlemen over a scrumptious dinner at Orchard Café.
