Monday, 25 April 2011, SINGAPORE – Concorde Hotel Singapore launches a new a-la-carte menu at Spices Cafe. From 1 May 2011, our a-la-carte menu will feature an extensive selection of local and western fare.
For starters, we have five new seafood starters such as Freshly Marinated Salmon Gravlax and three new soups. The new menu will also introduce seven new seafood main courses and eight new meat dishes in our western selection, including Stewed Lamb Shank and Grilled Rainbow Trout. To complement the western selection, a wider choice of local favourites like Hainanese Kurobuta Pork Chop and Sirloin of Beef Rendang is also on offer. The new menu also features five different sandwich choices and nine different desserts such as Apple Pie a-la-mode, which is sure to tease your taste buds.
Buffet lovers can still enjoy our Singapore Flavours Buffet Lunch, Harvest of the Sea Buffet dinner and Weekend Afternoon Tea Buffet, which will still be available.
