Jebel Ali International Hotels (JAIH) has secured a trio of accolades at this year’s World Travel Awards, Middle East for two of its Dubai beachfront properties.
Flagship property Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa continued its award-winning streak for the ninth year running, being named the ‘Middle East’s Leading Golf Resort’ and ‘Dubai’s Leading Golf Resort’, while Oasis Beach Tower was honoured with the ‘Middle East’s Leading Hotel Apartments’ award for the second year running.
Over one hundred thousand members of the travel industry across the globe voted in the 17th annual World Travel Awards.
David Thomson, Regional General Manager of the Jebel Ali International Hotels said he was thrilled to receive the honours. “While it’s of course a highlight to have the ‘Leading Golf Resort in Dubai and Middle East’ award once again, we’re delighted with the Oasis Beach Tower award for the second consecutive year, for the‘Middle East Leading Hotel Apartments’.
“It’s great to be rewarded by the trade in such a special way and I am extremely proud of our teams whose incredible hard work and dedication contributes to making both the resort and the tower the special award-winning properties that they are.”
The 128-acre Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa features two hotels, namely the original JebelAliHotel and the luxurious Palm Tree Court & Spa. In addition to its nine-hole championship standard golf course, the resort also comprises an 800 metre private beach, three swimming pools, spa, horse riding stables, 80-berth marina for fishing trips and boat charters.
Oasis Beach Tower offers beachside two, threeor four-bedroom luxury serviced apartments along The Walk in Dubai Marina.
