Relais & Chateaux, an international collection of exquisite, individually owned and operated hotels, was awarded three Leading Edge Awards by readers of American Express Publishing's Executive Travel magazine.
The Association, which accepts new members after a stringent application process based on the highest quality standards, earned a Gold Award in two categories: Best Hotel Chain for Business Travel and Best Hotel Chain for Customer Service. It also earned the Silver Award for Best Hotel Chain for Meeting Facilities.
Relais & Chateaux properties are recognized for the hospitality of its innkeepers, and for decor, cuisine and experiences that reflect the unique characteristics of a region. Popular with leisure travelers looking for authenticity and charm, the hotels have become increasingly sought after by business travelers who want distinctive locations for meetings and conferences.
