In its constant pursuit to offer the highest level of services and luxury to its guests, Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong launches a new fleet of limousines, including seven bespoke Mercedes-Benz S350L Series sedans and two five-seater Viano vans. Together with the two existing seven-seater vans, Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong now has the largest fleet of hotel-owned limousines, facilitating guests’ enjoyment of Shangri-La’s warm hospitality even before arriving at the hotel.
An efficiency minded model of the S-Class series, the S350L sedan enriches the whole riding experience with its refined details. The active multi-contour seats with massage function use a rolling movement to stimulate the muscles of the back. Thanks to the leather upholstery, heated seats as well as ergonomic design, guests enjoy maximum support and comfort at all times. Several modifications have been made to the cars to ensure a higher level of comfort, for instance, a specially designed compact rear-seat refrigerator is installed to provide guests with a choice of cold beverages.
“In this day and age, it goes without saying that most of our guests carry at least one or two digital devices with them while travelling, and that’s why seamless Internet access is of significant importance. Our complimentary Wi-Fi access, which is available in all our cars and vans, allows guests to stay connected throughout their journey to and from the airport, or within the city, and enhances their productivity,” said Stefan Bollhalder, area manager and general manager of the hotel. “In addition, all automobiles are completed with an iPad, offering greater conveniences to our valued guests.”
